You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose of employee scheduling and labor management. Any unauthorized use, including data scraping or reverse engineering, is strictly prohibited.
Management is responsible for the accuracy of all employee records, availability data, and published schedules. The Service provides tools for optimization, but final operational decisions remain with the franchise management.
Dogtopia Scheduler Enterprise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
