Our system uses enterprise-grade multi-tenant architecture. Your franchise data is strictly isolated from other locations. We do not share data between different Dogtopia franchises.
We use industry-standard encryption (PBKDF2) for all passwords and implement secure session management. All data is stored in secure database environments with automated backups.
Employees have the right to access and update their profile information through the application portal. Management can request full data exports of their location's records at any time.
